Oxford Corporate Initiatives Limited ( OcIL ) was Initially created to assist the development of Small and Medium sized projects within the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries, whether it be:

• Project Finance,
• Project Licensing,
• Manufacturing under Licence, or
• Join Ventures.

The mission of OcIL is to provide venture capital to small to medium sized enterprises.

LOCATION

The small to medium-sized enterprises should usually be located within the European Union and NAFTA regions. However other locations will be considered.
